We’re John and Qiana Byrd — the husband‑and‑wife team behind Two Byrds One Stone.
 

 John has built multi‑million‑dollar homes in Beverly Hills and the Hollywood Hills — including projects featured on Netflix’s Selling Sunset, showcasing his ability to deliver high‑end craftsmanship under demanding timelines. His experience with high‑end architecture, complex hillside structural work, and premium finishes gives clients access to craftsmanship rarely found outside top‑tier luxury builders. He brings deep technical knowledge, precise estimating, and a commitment to building things the right way.

Qiana is the design and wellness side of the company. She's studied interior architecture at UCLA and is passionate about toxin‑free living and creating healthy homes. She guides clients through design decisions, material selections, and wellness‑focused choices that elevate the look, feel and health of every space.
 

As a green company, we prioritize water‑efficient systems, rain‑capture solutions, and responsible waste recycling on every project. We believe beautiful homes should also be healthy and environmentally responsible.
